Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship Domestically (United States) and Internationally (Australia, Canada, New Zealand).
Currency:
All prices listed on USD$ Dollars.
Order Processing Time:
Orders take 1-2 business days to process.
Our processing days are Monday to Friday.
Transit Time (Domestically):
Transit time for deliveries is estimated to be 5 to 10 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Transit Time (Internationally):
Transit time for deliveries is estimated to be 8 to 14 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Order Cut-off Time:
The cut-off time for orders is 3:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver).

Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will promptly send you an email containing the tracking number. To track your package, you can choose one of the following methods:
1. In the email you receive, simply click on the “View Order Status” link, which will redirect you to the tracking page.
2. Alternatively, you can copy the tracking number from the email and visit the respective shipping carrier’s website (such as UPS, USPS, and DHL Express) based on who is handling your package. Once on the carrier’s website, enter your tracking number to receive real-time updates on your shipment’s status.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Change of Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@saffory.com
